In the summer of 2025, I founded ROZEK & CO. with a clear vision: to build a full-service international law firm that delivers exceptional results not burdened by the “traditional” way of practicing law. After more than a decade working in established law firms, I witnessed firsthand how flexibility, approachability, and open communication can transform the client experience.
My goal was simple yet ambitious—to create the best client experience possible, foster a work environment that truly works for people, and operate without limits on expertise or borders. We’re not just another brick-and-mortar firm with fancy offices, we’re responding to the market like a nimble tech company, adapting and innovating to meet real needs.
