Benjamin Rozek is a lawyer by profession and a tech-savvy entrepreneur at heart, bringing a wealth of expertise to the table. 

With a passion for guiding startups, he has founded and successfully exited his own companies while advising numerous businesses from inception through scaling to sale. His entrepreneurial journey is complemented by significant contributions as a business consultant, where he enhanced the efficiency of legal teams and organizations, notably playing a key role in the merger and acquisition of Canada’s largest bank by supporting the tech team in seamlessly transferring files from the acquired company.

A seasoned litigator since 2016, Benjamin has honed his skills across multiple jurisdictions, specializing in employment law, real estate law, civil litigation personal injuries, and commercial disputes. 

His academic foundation always merged law and business as the bigger picture,, and he authored a dissertation titled “A critical analysis of the three key elements of cross-border tort litigation of multinational corporations,” reflecting his deep insight into complex legal challenges.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Benjamin enjoys a balanced life with a love for water sports like fishing and boating and engaging in team sports like basketball and soccer, and cherishing time with family. He also finds joy in cooking Japanese and Korean food.
