BACKGROUND
Benjamin Rozek’s legal career began in Ireland, where he cut his teeth as a legal executive tackling high-stakes landlord-tenant disputes, employment matters, personal injury claims, and corporate work for startups. With a knack for building and scaling businesses of his own, he carved out an early reputation in the tech space for being both sharp in litigation and fearless in deal-making.
After moving to Canada, Benjamin brought that same drive into Big Law, where his practice expanded into corporate consulting, commercial litigation, corporate leasing, business immigration, securities and insurance compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Today, he channels his multinational, multilingual background and startup grit into advising companies across Canada and the U.S., blending the discipline of a litigator with the creativity of a builder. Bold, versatile, and relentless; Benjamin is as comfortable in the boardroom as he is in the courtroom.
When he isn't strategizing, he enjoys board sports, basketball, fishing, cooking and spending time with his family.
